Accept warm greetings from me and the entire TechCeFaCos' Management Team; in 2002 we initiated an idea focus on creativity and digital technological empowerment as base strategy for fighting high unemployment rate as well as extreme poverty. Our premise was to fill the loopholes in our educational sector as well promoting development policies toward self-reliance and self-dependence through empowerment as focal points for economic growth and development using holistic approach!
