Our Foundation:

Why TechCeFaCos Matters?

TechCeFaCos exists to bridge the digital divide by transforming the potential of youth, women, and marginalized groups into sustainable economic independence through creative and technology empowerment. By connecting grassroots innovation to global platforms, the organization moves beyond traditional aid to build a self-reliant, inclusive creative economy.

Our Mission

To bridge the opportunity gap for marginalized communities through ICT training and entrepreneurial support, connecting grassroots innovation to global platforms for lasting economic independence.”

A Message from our Co-Founder

Welcome to TechCeFaCos,
At TechCeFaCos, we believe that talent is universal, but opportunity is not. We founded this organization on a simple yet powerful conviction: that the digital and creative tools of the 21st century shouldn't be a privilege, they should be an engine for independence.
For too long, the narrative for marginalized communities has been centered on "aid." We are here to change that narrative to "empowerment." By equipping our youth and women with ICT training, entrepreneurial skills, and global connections, we aren't just teaching people how to navigate a digital world-we are showing them how to build it.
Our goal is to turn every spark of creativity into a sustainable career and every local innovation into a global solution. Whether you are a student, a partner, or a supporter, you are joining a movement that moves beyond dependency toward a future of self-reliance and inclusive growth.
Thank you for being part of this journey. Let’s build the future, together.
Emmanuel F. SEVIDZEM,
Global Executive Officer
