TechCeFaCos, At TechCeFaCos, we believe that talent is universal, but opportunity is not. We founded this organization on a simple yet powerful conviction: that the digital and creative tools of the 21st century shouldn't be a privilege, they should be an engine for independence. For too long, the narrative for marginalized communities has been centered on "aid." We are here to change that narrative to "empowerment." By equipping our youth and women with ICT training, entrepreneurial skills, and global connections, we aren't just teaching people how to navigate a digital world-we are showing them how to build it. Our goal is to turn every spark of creativity into a sustainable career and every local innovation into a global solution. Whether you are a student, a partner, or a supporter, you are joining a movement that moves beyond dependency toward a future of self-reliance and inclusive growth. TechCeFaCos promotes the development of
artistic talent and cultural expression as viable economic
opportunities. By supporting creative arts training and
linking artistic skills with entrepreneurship, the program
helps transform creative talent into sustainable livelihoods
within the growing creative economy.

supports community-driven solutions by promoting social
enterprise models, cooperative development, and grassroots
economic initiatives. The program focuses on strengthening
local capacities and fostering sustainable community-based

platforms, TechCeFaCos facilitates dialogue, collaboration,
and advocacy around inclusive development, digital
transformation, and empowerment. The organization convenes
global stakeholders to exchange ideas, showcase innovations,
and build partnerships that advance sustainable development.

Empowerment & Inclusion Summit, which brings together
policymakers, innovators, civil society leaders, and
